Betty Ann Hagenau
Betty Ann Hagenau is a recognized anti-human trafficking thought leader known for her collaborative work with over 150 organizations and government agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. She holds a Master’s in International Policy Studies from Stanford and a BA in International Studies and Journalism from the University of Oregon.
As founder of Freedom Insight, Betty Ann spent 18 months interviewing former traffickers inside San Quentin Prison to better understand their business practices and inform effective prevention strategies. Her work challenges systems of exploitation while inviting people to reclaim their voice and step into a future shaped by dignity and freedom.
A passionate communicator, she’s also been “the voice” of Stanford Women’s Basketball for 25 seasons, announcing over 330 games for the Cardinal. Betty Ann aims to use her voice to amplify individual and societal change.
Christopher Norris
Chris Norris is a technology CEO and entrepreneur with a proven track record of building companies, leading teams, and bringing innovative products to market. His expertise is rooted in years of hands‑on experience creating and scaling ventures from inception to organizations with hundreds of employees.
Throughout his career, he has raised equity and debt financing from top‑tier investors, including KPCB, August Capital, Crosslink Capital, NEA, Technology Partners, GE, and Dow Chemical. His approach to leadership is shaped by experience as a Venture Partner at BlueRun Ventures, where he sourced deals, conducted due diligence, and coached entrepreneurs to refine their business plans and build successful ventures.
Chris is a frequent speaker and panelist on innovation, sustainability, and the future of energy. He serves as an advisor to early‑stage ventures, including through the Global Social Benefit Institute and the California Program for Entrepreneurship. He has been a member of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, the Alliance of CEOs, and a board member of the Semiconductor Industry Association.
Outside of work, he is an avid runner, triathlete, motorcyclist, home brewer, BJCP beer judge, and passionate cook. Together with his wife, he volunteers with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. He is named as an inventor on seven U.S. patents.
Danny Kim
Danny Kim is a leader in business and education, applying his entrepreneurial mindset to transform both fields. In 1987, while in college, he co‑founded FullArmor Corp to prove a company built on Christian principles can thrive. Today, FullArmor serves more than 30 of the Fortune 50, including Walmart, Boeing, and Bank of America, and has worked with enterprise vendors like Microsoft, NetIQ, Citrix, Dell, and Micro Focus.
Since 2015, Danny has focused his talents on education. At Valley Christian Schools in San Jose, he leads the STEM and Research programs, serving a K‑12 community of over 2,800 students. He is also CEO of Quest for Excellence, which gives students opportunities to send experiments to the International Space Station and to work in the world’s only underwater research facility dedicated to education.
A Cornell Computer Science graduate, Danny holds multiple patents in enterprise security, cloud computing, and space science. He has led high school students to win a $1‑million XPRIZE, making them the youngest winners in its history. As founder of QuestX Incubator, he mentors students in tackling global challenges. Danny lives with his wife Hannah and their two sons, Micah and Jonah.
JuneAn Lanigan
JuneAn Lanigan has a 20+ year career as a business and IT executive leader in Fortune 500 companies in the Bay Area. Her primary work focus was data management, digital technology, and leadership development. She have a passion for growing organizations, driving results, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
JuneAn has also served as a Director on several nonprofit boards such as Faith and Work Journey, Menlo Church, and Denia Bridges Foundation supporting Christian youth programs in Spain. She loves helping others discover their purpose, set career goals, and navigate both the opportunities and challenges of work life and life balance.
JuneAn enjoys walking, reading, traveling, hanging out with family and friends, and spoiling her grandchildren and fur-babies!
Dr. Marie-Ange Eyoum Tagne
Dr. Marie‑Ange Eyoum Tagne is a seasoned global product management executive with a proven track record of leading AI‑driven consumer electronics innovation from concept to scale. Her expertise spans Trust & Safety, Regulatory Compliance, SaaS, Social Media, Entertainment, Streaming, Mobile, Cloud, and Platform technologies. In Silicon Valley, she has shaped product strategy and delivery at Meta, Yahoo, Roku, McAfee, and Intel, focusing on trust and safety, privacy, security, smart devices, and global expansion.
Passionate about building diverse, cross‑functional teams, she brings together engineering, marketing, sales, policy, legal, and operations to create outstanding global products. Outside of work, Dr. Eyoum is an author, coach, and founding member of leadership communities ROUND and Sidebar. She serves on the Board of UPWARD and supports nonprofits promoting education, mentoring, and access to technology for women and underrepresented groups. Through REP (Repurposing Business for Impact), she advises startups in developing nations to align their models with critical social needs.
Dr. Eyoum earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley. She is a proud mother of two, an avid runner and Bible teacher. Her book, For Such a Time Like This, will launch in Summer 2025.
Dr. Ted Kang
Dr. Ted Kang is the lead pastor of San Jose Christian Alliance Church, a vibrant faith community of 1000+ people from different linguistic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. He has taught personal and team leadership development at various gatherings around the world. His passion is to develop healthy leaders who will ‘lead’ and ‘love’ with courage and strength to bring about changes that will impact families, communities, and society for generations to come. Ted is married to his beloved wife, Sandy, and is a proud father of four beautiful daughters.
Wilson Lee
Wilson Lee is a graduate of UC Berkeley in electrical engineering and computer science and has worked in Silicon Valley as a product manager, software manager, hardware engineer, and manufacturing engineer. Wilson recently shifted to the Christian non-profit sector where he runs the internship program at CityTeam Ministries. Through his 30+ years of experience at IBM, Dell, Siemens, ROLM, and now, CityTeam, he’s learned a lot about business, technology, and life in general. Wilson is married to Magnolia and they are proud parents of two daughters, both of whom graduated from Valley Christian High School. Wilson also mentors undergrad students at UC Berkeley students.
