Nexus Pods give young adults (21-35 yrs) nine months, two trained mentors, and a small community of peers to explore those questions—and turn insight into action.

02 - Connect
A Nexus team member will follow up to learn more about you and your goals during a 15-minute Zoom conversation.
03 - Get Matched
You’ll be matched with mentors based on your preferences, goals, and fit, then join a Nexus Pod.
04 - Begin Your Journey
Your Nexus experience begins with a Pod Reception, where you’ll meet your podmates, mentors, and the broader Nexus community.

The Nexus Pod experience combines the powers of mentorship and supportive community to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment.
We take a fresh and holistic approach to mentoring. We address all areas of our well-being (professional, personal, spiritual, and more) with design methods that encourage group creativity and conversation.
Two Nexus mentors co-lead a Pod of 3-4 young adults.

Our mentors are selected not only for professional experience but also for character, emotional maturity, spiritual maturity, and their ability to listen deeply and to create a respectful space for people with different beliefs and backgrounds.
All Nexus Mentors are volunteers who care deeply and want to help guide young adults on their life journeys.

You can expect to spend 1-3 hours on Life Design reflection and exercises between meetings.

There are three main components to a Pod Meeting:
CONNECT - The Pod will engage in creative icebreaker activities to deepen connections.
PROCESS - Members will process assignments from the LEAD Life Design Journey.
ASSIGN - Mentors will instruct Pod members on the next assignment to work on.

Our mentors have personally experienced the Nexus Life Design Journey during their yearlong training. They don’t just mentor because they have all the answers - they mentor because they’ve experienced the power of intentional relationships and want to invest in you!
Mentoring at Nexus is personal and intentional.
Mentor assignments for 2027 will be determined as Pods are formed.
