Before you embark on this journey, consider the following questions:
1. Are you able to talk about things in your life (past and present) without experiencing intense pain?
2. Is your life one of forgiveness toward the people who have wounded or hurt you?
3. Are you paralyzed by the painful and hurtful events in your past?
4. Are you able to explore what you made the past events mean instead of being stuck in the actual events or series of events?
5. Are you able to look to the future instead of dwelling on the pain?
If you are unable to say yes to these questions, it is possible that coaching is not the right fit for you at this time. However, it may be a great fit in the future once you have looked into the past and dealt with the painful and paralyzing wounds.
If the past is no longer stepping on the heels of the present, consider these questions:
1. Do you have places in your life that you would like to work on but are not sure where to start?
2. How would life look different if you worked on these things?
3. Would you be willing to change where needed and do things differently?
If these questions resonate with you, maybe coaching is a fit. -
If at any time, I observe stagnation in the coaching relationship, or deem additional support is needed (e.g. counseling, therapy, etc.), I will address this with you individually, and together we will decide whether to continue the relationship.
-
If, for any reason, I upset you in any way, I encourage you to bring this up to me immediately. I may suggest an action or assignment, but you always have the right to accept, reject or counter an assignment or action asked. The goal is that you have an effective and satisfying coaching experience and remain the sole authority over your own journey.
-
Either party may end this agreement with 7 days’ written notice. A final session is recommended to close the coaching process.

Coaching results depend on your effort and commitment. The coach makes no guarantees of specific outcomes. Liability is limited to fees paid.
