Melissa Ho recently completed her latest assignment as Vice President of Federal Services at a small consulting firm in the D.C. metro area. She holds a master’s degree in Adult Education and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Virginia—and, somewhat unexpectedly, found her professional home in the world of federal accounting and procurement. Melissa thrives at the start of new projects, where she enjoys bringing clarity to early-stage complexity. She loves developing team members and aligning their talents to achieve outcomes no single individual could accomplish alone. Through Nexus Mentoring, Melissa is excited to walk alongside young adults as they explore identity, values, strengths, and limitations through thoughtful, meaningful conversation. On any given morning, you can find her experimenting with new coffee beans or brewing methods. Her hobbies include trail biking, hiking, cooking, and enjoying live theater and the performing arts.
