Ming has had the privilege of working in Silicon Valley for 40 years, taking on four different roles throughout his career: software engineer, quality engineer, technical program manager, and Agile coach. Over the years, he has contributed his skills to approximately 20 different companies, ranging from small startups with just six employees to multinational giants (250,000+ employees) like EMC, VMware, Arlo, SAP/SuccessFactor, WePay/JPMorgan Chase, and Fujitsu. He earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Iowa State University. Ming has actively participated in mentoring programs at various levels, including high school, college, corporate, and non-profit organizations. He finds joy in mentoring as it allows him to share his extensive experience and offer a unique perspective to others. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Ming moved to the United States for college. He is married and has three adult children, two of whom are adopted. Outside of work, Ming enjoys reading, watching movies, playing sports such as table tennis and tennis, and traveling.

Saurin has more than 30 years of experience across telecommunications, semiconductors, solar, medical devices, and IoT. He began his career in hands-on engineering and has grown into senior leadership roles focused on innovation, technical problem-solving, and developing people. Saurin enjoys helping professionals recognize their strengths, navigate career transitions, build confidence, and lead with integrity. Through Nexus, he is especially committed to helping young adults connect career growth with a greater sense of purpose as they navigate opportunities and challenging seasons. Outside of work, Saurin enjoys gardening, traveling, listening to leadership and finance podcasts, and exploring new technology. He is always happy to connect over a cup of tea or while comparing notes on travel and gardening.
