We designed Nexus Pods to journey through the challenges of young adulthood with you.
What are Nexus Pods?
Nexus Pods are mentoring groups (3-4 mentees) led by our seasoned Nexus Mentors for young adults in their twenties and early thirties. The pods meet together for 10 sessions to journey through our “life design” process towards self-discovery and transformation.
What is life design?
Designers tackle business problems with creativity, diverse perspectives, and generative conversations. We believe life challenges can be tackled in the same way.
We developed the LEAD Life Design Journey© that structures a journey of life design group activities that help people reflect, discuss, and take action towards transformation in their lives.
How Nexus Pods work
When you sign up for a Nexus Pod, we will work with you to match you to a pod.
Your Nexus Pod journey starts with attending the Nexus Summit, a one-day conference with amazing speakers who will inspire you with stories of their own leadership journeys.
You’ll meet your fellow Pod members and mentor at the Welcome Reception on February 2, 2024.
You’ll gather with your pod over 10 sessions to travel the LEAD Life Design Journey together over 8-10 months (duration may vary depending on your pod’s meeting schedule).
We will celebrate your journeys of transformation together on November 8, 2024!

The Nexus Pod experience combines the powers of mentorship and supportive community to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment.
We take a fresh and holistic approach to mentoring. We address all areas of our well-being (professional, personal, spiritual, and more) with design methods that encourage group creativity and conversation.
A Nexus mentor leads a pod of 3-4 young adults.

If you are an early adult (21 to 35 years-old) seeking clarity, joy, and community, JOIN US!

The Nexus Mentor has spiritual, emotional and cultural maturity, professional credibility, and experience in mentoring. They are carefully selected and trained to foster safe spaces for vulnerability, active listening, and powerful questions in their Nexus Pods. All Nexus Mentors are volunteers who care deeply and want to help guide early adults on their life journeys.

Nexus Pods meet every 2-4 weeks over 10 sessions. Each pod will determine their own meeting times and locations to ensure full attendance and participation.
We are offering in-person pods in the San Francisco Bay Area and a few virtual pods.

Nexus Pods are backed by generous donors who understand the complexities and challenges of early adulthood, and who truly care for people to find their identity and purpose.
We have a pay it forward culture where we believe when we receive help and kindness, we want to pass it on to others.
While the Nexus Pod is fully funded, we require a $35 registration fee to ensure you can commit to a long and fulfilling Nexus Pod journey.
