The Strategic Intensive (Single Session):
A focused, one-time session designed to bring clarity to a specific challenge, provide discernment for an important decision, or offer a meaningful “pulse check” on your current leadership and soul health.
Session Length: 60 minutes ($50)

The Growth Journey (Ongoing Development):
A consistent rhythm of investment and development designed for long-term transformation. Together, we will cultivate healthy leadership, sharpen vision and purpose, and build sustainable rhythms for life and ministry so you can lead with greater clarity, wisdom, and overflow.
Session Length: 45 minutes ($37.50) or 60 minutes ($50)

My life’s work is rooted in the belief that when we invest in the soul of our leadership, we can influence and impact others in powerful, lasting ways. As an ordained minister with the Christian and Missionary Alliance, I bring together theological depth, pastoral wisdom, and practical leadership experience to develop leaders both locally and globally.

My heart for the global Church is expressed through a deep commitment to soul care—helping leaders navigate the unique pressures of influence while cultivating a healthy, vibrant life with Christ. Alongside my husband, Ted, I have pastored at San Jose Christian Alliance Church since 2002.

Current Leadership & Focus

• Nexus Mentoring: As the Founding Director, I equip marketplace leaders to mentor and guide the next generation toward Jesus and purposeful living.

• The Central Pacific District of the C&MA: As District Missions Mobilizer, I care for International Workers, identify and develop emerging leaders, and help local churches engage more deeply in God’s mission.

• Empower: As part of the leadership team, I help develop women for Kingdom impact through the art and ministry of proclamation.

Past Leadership Experience

• Gateway Preschool Academy: Founding Director of a neighborhood preschool focused on cultivating learning, care, and community.

• Healing Grove Health Center: Served as the Staff Director of a thriving health center serving underserved immigrant and low-income communities.

• Children’s Pastor: Provided visionary and strategic leadership for the children’s ministry at San Jose Christian Alliance Church by developing leaders, launching initiatives, and equipping parents to disciple their children.

• Board Leadership: Served on multiple nonprofit boards, offering leadership, vision, strategic insight, and resource development.

When I’m not investing in leaders or mentoring young adults, you’ll likely find me enjoying the outdoors, playing a competitive game of volleyball or pickleball, or sharing coffee and meaningful conversation with a friend. I am also a grateful mother of four amazing daughters
