Leadership Circle is an eight-month cohort experience that meets from February through September, with a guided monthly rhythm.

The Nexus Pods experience focuses on identity formation and personal discovery in community, helping participants clarify who they are, their story, and their life direction.

While both are cohort-based and relational, they serve different stages of development:
Nexus Pods: Discover identity, clarify purpose, and establish personal direction
